We are a new fast-growing B2B prop-tech company looking to change the way businesses and individuals access and use property data. Our customers include property developers, land agents, architects, and planners. Our database of planning and property information is one of the most advanced in the country and we are looking for a marketing manager who can help communicate this information to our various customer groups.


This role will involve working closely with the founders to devise a marketing strategy and implementing it. It will include creating content for social platforms and working with designers to make changes to all our public-facing sites. As we are a new company we will also be looking for someone who can help build our brand.

Your day to day responsibilities:

  • Create videos, audio and image-based media
  • Content management and writing copy
  • Maintain a full 4-week content calendar
  • Create and update a data-driven marketing plan
  • Organise and run events such as webinars, Q&As and in-person events
  • Organise founder appearances on podcasts and other long-form content
  • Lease with social media influencers
  • Research and analyse market trends and competitors
  • Experiment with fresh ideas
  • Report marketing activity back to the company


  • Experience creating social content
  • Experience making and working with content creators/writers
  • Preferably worked on other marketing strategies, either for yourself or other businesses
  • Knowledge of different types of content we can create and distribute
  • Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot
  • Ability to occasionally travel to London to film content

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with SAAS companies
  • Demonstration of personal projects/side hustles

  • £30k - £40k dependent on experience
