Our leaderboard looks at new titles acquired between 2022 and 2024, giving a clearer picture of who’s really driving growth, planning for the future, and making bold moves in the property market.

We source title ownership records from the Land Registry, capturing all freehold and leasehold (7+ years) purchased. This dataset excludes short leases and may reflect a reporting lag of up to 6 months due to Land Registry processing times.
