A title lookup is when you view more details about a specific parcel of land. This is different from the official title deed for that parcel, which can be purchased separately. A lookup occurs when you click on the map view or when you click from a saved title to view more details about it.
These credits are used when activating the OS MasterMap base map. All other base maps (google street view/satelite) are free to use. The credits will only start counting when zoomed in close enough. An on screen bar will show you your remaining credits in real time.
No. If you view a title twice within the same month it will not count towards your usage.
Yes. We offer the ability to purchase official title copies from Land Registry directly through the platform for £3 per document. Alternatively, you can purchase them using your existing Land Registry account.
When you reach your limit, you will still have access to projects and letter campaigns. However, if you try to view any title specific information, you will be prompted to upgrade your subscription.
