What is a title lookup?
A title lookup is when you view more details about a specific parcel of land. This is different from the official title deed for that parcel, which can be purchased separately. A lookup occurs when you click on the map view or when you click from a saved title to view more details about it.
What is an OS MasterMap credit?
These credits are used when activating the OS MasterMap base map. All other base maps (google street view/satelite) are free to use. The credits will only start counting when zoomed in close enough. An on screen bar will show you your remaining credits in real time.
Will I be charged twice for clicking the same title?
No. If you view a title twice within the same month it will not count towards your usage.
Can I purchase title deeds through the platform?
Yes. We offer the ability to purchase official title copies from Land Registry directly through the platform for £7 per document. Alternatively, you can purchase them using your existing Land Registry account.
What happens if I reach my limit?
When you reach your limit, you will still have access to projects and letter campaigns. However, if you try to view any title specific information, you will be prompted to upgrade your subscription.
How frequently is data updated?
Each of our datasets have a different update cycle. The core datasets are as follows:
Planning data: Every 24 hours
Title polygon dataset: Every month
MasterMap map view: Every 6 weeks
Price paid data: Every month
Rightmove: Every week
Leaseholds: Every month
HPI: Every month
Strategic Land: Every week
Commercial: Every week
Most other datasets are updated monthly or more regularly.

The level of ongoing support is fantastic, reported bugs are acted upon seemingly instantly, and you are always kept informed of upcoming improvements and new features. There are always more facilities which could be added, such as Archaeological Notification Areas and Historic Mapping, but as it stands the current system is a vast improvement upon using individual Councils systems.
I recently changed from one of the competing platforms. At a fraction of the price this essentially does the same job.Very easy to use. An amazing amount of "live" data included - and more types constantly added. The helpdesk is always quick. They listen to potential improvement comments.
