Who are we?
Mitchell, Hugh, Arthur and Archie have pooled their joint expertise in planning, data and software development to create a cutting edge platform which automates the process of sourcing off-market development sites.
Having been through the Geovation accelerator in 2021 and raising £2.3 million in total seed funding, Searchland currently serves over 1500 industry leading, real estate and development companies - processing thousands of site searches per month.

Our story
July 2020
Mitchell begun building Searchland after seeing a gap in how development opportunities are sourced. Hugh, Arthur and Archie joined shortly after to make the vision a reality
January 2021
Searchland officially launched. We grew the business to over 300 customers and scaled the team to eight
November 2022
Searchland raises £2.3m from Fuel Ventures to continue fuelling our impressive growth
January 2023
We launch the UK’s first land sourcing tool

We raise a further £1.8m in funding, further accelerating our growth
