We aggregate 100% of all planning application data published on UK council portals since 1990 - over 23.9 million applications - enriched with 500,000+ appeals and direct links to the Planning Inspectorate.
How often is the planning data updated?
Planning data is refreshed daily, though there can be a lag of up to 2 days before newly published applications are collected and reflected in Searchland.
What does each planning record include?
Each planning application record includes the address, applicant and agent details, application type and reference, key dates (received, decision, appeal), decision outcome and status, proposal description, site geometry (including outline geometry and area), case officer details, use class information, and development specifics like number of dwellings, storeys, floor area, and parking provision — plus links to associated documents and title numbers.
